Programmed Energy & Resources are currently seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters to join a large scale construction project in the Pilbara!

Project Ceres is a large‑scale industrial processing development located in the Pilbara, delivering critical infrastructure and long‑term economic value to Western Australia. The project offers extended construction duration, high safety standards, modern site facilities and strong workforce support, making it an attractive opportunity for experienced trades seeking stability, strong earnings and career development on a major FIFO project.

About the Role

  • Roster: 20:8 roster
    Hours: 10 hour shifts - dayshift and nightshift
  • Rate: $190,000k annualised salary
  • FIFO from Perth or DIDO/Local from Karratha

Role Requirements

  • Full Australian working rights
  • White Card
  • Australian Driver’s License
  • Working at Heights & Confined Space (expiry should be within 2 years)
  • High Risk Work License (EWP)
  • Trade Cert for Mechanical Fitter (Cert III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade _Fitting/ Machining)

  • Mechanical Fitters for our preservation team with experience in Nitrogen Purging and Blanketing of vessels and pipework
  • Mechanical Fitters with rotating equipment experience, oil and gas industry experience, and flange management expertise
